Best Buy Xbox 360 Warranty?

Well, in 2007, I bought a warranty for my 360, it was the product replacement plan. After a year my 360 had stopped working so I took it in, transferred the profiles over for an extra 50 bucks, to a brand new 360. I also bought a new warranty for the new 360, on the receipt I just checked and it says G&G(2yr), anyways, now I have the Open Tray error and it won’t read disks, so I’m not really sure if the warranty will cover this and how Best Buy will go about fixing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Count two years from the date on the receipt and you have until then. A lot of people don’t have that old of a receipt anymore so thank goodness you do.

    all depends in your area. call ur local best buy and see what they say.

    They will be offering you in what they call a "Rapid Exchange Program" in which they will give you a different refurbished xbox 360 or attempt to fix yours.

    P-S: they do no do over the counter exchange on a 2yr warranty.

    Also: it may take 3-5 days to arrive in the best buy store for pick-up at the store or they may ship it to your house
