Can I get out of an early termination fee if tmobile added an extended warranty to my bill w/o my permission?

I had a problem with my g1 and was out of the factory warranty. When at the tmobile help desk someone added extended warranty to my contract without my permission. I immediately cancelled this. Is this grounds for my to get out of my contract with tmobile without paying the early termination fee?

    You would need to read your contract to see what is stipulated in it. However, I do not think what you describe would allow you to terminate the contract without being liable for the fee for breaking the contract. Sorry:(
