Do extended auto warranties (US F*d*l*s) reimburse for a totaled vehicle?

I have an extended warranty on a late model Audi that was recently totaled in a no-fault accident; US F****is is the warrantor. I've called customer service, but they see my phone # and sidestep the issue when I ask about such coverage (isn't caller ID great?). When I ask, they always reply "Would you like to cancel your policy sir?" Seems kinda like they are trying to lead me into saying something that is not in my best interest.

Does anyone have experience with US F*****is, or know if they provide any benefit for a totaled vehicle? My policy was over $2000, and getting some of that back, especially having never made a claim, would be quite nice.

Thanks!

They are among the worst scum of the earth. They are being investigated as we speak. Read about some complaints about them here:

There are literally thousands of other complaints against them as well……
However….. I don't believe they would pay out for a "totaled" vehicle. They should at least tell you that though.

What you are asking for comes from your auto insurance policy. However, you should get a refund from US F because they will not be covering the vehicle for the entire length of the contract.

Actually cancelling your policy is what you need to do; why have a policy on a vehicle that is totaled?
