Extended warranty look up for XBOX 360?

I am in my 2nd year of a 3 year extended warranty for my 360 and (surprise surprise) my 360 is experiencing a general hardware failure (E74 error message). I purchased the extended warranty with the 360 but I cannot find my card as it has been 2 years and we have moved twice. Does anyone know if any records are kept for extended warranties by Microsoft or otherwise that will enable me to look up the information and send my 360 in to be repaired without the 99.99 service fee?

    If you registered your warranty, there should be no issue repairing it. Call them and ask directly for specifics though.

    2 things,

    1-its registered to your console so when you call they’ll ask for the serial number and bam

    2-RRoD AND E74 messages get guarenteed fix no matter how old the console is. You can call or go online to xbox.com and set up a repair order both for free and they usually extend the warrenty another month or 3
