However, if they wanted to buy an extended warranty… yada yada. They purchased the warranty to make sure they were covered. However, they’d like to fight it if possible. So, I’m wondering if the "original owner" is the "first titled owner" or if it is the "first consumer owner". Since why would the dealer need a bumper to bumper warranty on their own vehicle? Also, what I think is mostly important is that I would like to know who they can contact to find out the legal answer to this. An attorney? If yes, what kind? Etc. If they have grounds, they would like to fight it legally.

I have records that shows the vehicle has had engine issues since about 15000 miles and was repeatedly serviced for it. I also was told by the dealer that Mazda has had alot of issues and problems with the 2004, 2005 and 2007 engine.

Because the lapse in proof of oil changes from 54000 – 63000 miles, Mazda is not willing to warranty the vehicle and is charging me about $5300.00.

My question is, if I take them to court without a lawyer, in Virginia, do I have a chance at beating them? Do I even have a chance at beating them with a lawyer, or is this technically legal business practices?

This will be the second time since I have owned it. Of course, it is out of warranty this time so it is going to cost me $150 to have Sony fix it. So, my question is…Do I just get a new 120 gig for $300 and tinker with the old one? Or do i just send it back in and pay $150 and hope it doesn’t happen again?

I was horrified at the damage: crack in the screen casing on both sides in the metal part. Dent on the left side so bad that my computer will no close. The body is warped, meaning that if i set it on a flat surface the base of the CPU will rock back and forth. And the hinge on the screen is shot. Lastly there are scratches on the screen but not deep, only exterior. Most of the damage is exterior, however the computer will crash 3 times in one day, once a week. That means it will just shut off without warning, and i have to hold the start button all over again. So now i’m looking into buying the new 1200 mac book pro on Ebay, so i can get a deal, and then buy an accidental coverage plan so if i drop it, parts will be replaced.

The jewelry store offers a "lifetime warranty" (with the usual "get the ring checked every 6 months", "certain services require a fee"). The popular online store (with lots of good ratings) has an identical ring for several thousands of dollars cheaper. The online store does not offer a warranty, but does offer a 30 day full return period.

Assuming that I will get insurance on the ring no matter where I buy it…

Is it better to buy the engagement ring online (and save thousands of dollars) or buy it at the local mall jewelry store that offers a limited lifetime warranty plus free cleanings?

The dealership actually gave me a rental, fixed my truck, (approx. $6000), and I paid nothing. They also towed it in with the chevy warranty. I only ask this question this time because I am purchasing a 2010 honda pilot and the dealership wants $2400 for an 8 year warranty. My thoughts are that Honda’s are great vehicles so I am thinking because I am buying a honda, I don’t need an extra warranty. What are your thoughts.
