I bought an x box from game stop and the 1 year warranty it came with?

the X-box doesn’t work any more and there is no X-box’s in gamestops around here do i get in-store credit or something like that

    call them up, or just go to the store, if your warranty is not over, you are guaranteed a repair or a new xbox.

    no send it to microsoft and they’ll fix it but don’t send your hard drive if you have 1 you wont get it back

    If we do not have any Xboxs at the time we can give you store credit and you can pick one up at a later time. Depending on how nice the manager is, you can even ask them to call around and get one shiped from anouther store to them. This way you can basically have one held for you. Its the fastest way to get a new xbox.
