I got a call from a factory warranty company to my car. What is this, they keep spammin it.?

So I got the first call telling me its not 2 late about my car warranty….they make it sound like its serious so i got worried about it, but didnt do anythin cuz im busy doin other stuff. Then i got a 2nd call telling me its the final notice yesterday. Yet today I got the same exact call telling me its the last day. Is this something I should worry about? or can I just let it go.
Yeah I thought it was a scam 2… Im new here in california so I just got these calls and I even just bought my car… I dont even know where they got my phone from. They also sound so serious when they tell you. "Its not 2 late!" lol. Well thanks cuz i was gettin worried about it.

Just like you stated, they are just bothering you trying to sell you something you don't really need. Unless you're not mechanically inclined, or worse. If you have that do not call thing with your phone number, then, I'd suggest getting that, so they can't call you no more. Good luck.

Depending on your car (manaufacturer and model), it would have come from the factory with a base warranty of some kind. Usually engines and gearboxes are covered for about a year or 2. Other things are covered for around 3 years and bodywork/paint usually has a long warranty period of up to 12 years.
Sometimes the dealer where you bought the can from will try to sell an extended warranty. Sometimes this is good value for money but a lot of the time it's a massive rip off. Obviously, they are getting paid commission for every warranty they sell. See where I'm going…?

Report them to the federal trade commission! Make sure you write down the telephone number, though. I know I sound crazy but this is my biggest PEEVE Telemarketers. I am so mean to these creeps. They call and tell me I am in debt with my credit cards and they can help? I pay them off every month! Stupid jerks! I hate em

This is a telemarketing call trying to sell you a third party warranty. I receive these calls *to my work phone* and I WORK at a car dealership

It is from an unethical company that is engaged in illegal telemarketing. They employ various tricks such as telling you to "press 1 to speak to a representative" and then when you press 1 they transfer you to another company who will try to sell you an extended warranty. They also use prerecorded messages on calls to cell phones (illegal), falsify caller ID information that is sent to your phone (very illegal), and I strongly suspect that they use auto-dialers on calls to cell phones (also illegal). You will probably have a difficult time getting enough information from them to make a meaningful report to either the FTC or FCC. Your best bet is probably to just add your number to the federal Do Not Call list (surprisingly this is one law they seem to obey) and otherwise ignore them.
