If a dealer did a spot delivery and the loan didnt go through will i be responsible for the extended warranty?

If I return the vehicle to the dealer since the financing didn't go through will I still be responsible to pay for the extended warranty of the vehicle I no longer have.

Nope. That contract should also be canceled.

Jetdoc is correct it SHOULD have been cancelled, but I would follow up to verify that it has been. The contract should be cancelled with a full refund so you shouldnt be responsible for anything.

Absolutely not. The extended service agreement is connected to the car. No car…no warranty. If it was financed in with the original loan don't worry about it. If you paid cash, you are entitled to a full refund.
