If GM file and are approved for bankruptcy, what will their obligations be for warranty on our GM vehicles?

We purchased new GM vehicles 3 years ago. The purchase contract includes manufacturer warranty of 60 months or 100,000 miles & in return, we continue to make the agreed monthly payments. If GM get approval for bankruptcy, won't they be off the hook for any and all obligations, including warranty?

No do not worry. If GM does file for bankruptcy they will still be responsible by law to uphold their warranty contract with their paying customers. One less thing to worry about.
