what are the laws protecting buyers of extended warranties for used vehicles?

I bought an 04 Acura TL in October, at the time it only had 25K miles on it. It has been in the shop a couple of times for machanical malfunctions and now is back in the shop with a cracked block. What can I do about this? How can I get the warranty company to pay the 2100 dollars to fix this problem? This was not an operators neglect, maintanance has been kept up on this car.

    Keep records of maint..If they won't replace it,take them to court.
